Level 1: This class is designed to teach gymnastics basics to our beginner students. We emphasize cartwheels and handstands, and work on the basics on vault, bars, and balance beam. (55 min.)
Level 1A -- 6-8 yrs
Level 1B -- 8-10 yrs
Champions -- 10+ yrs
At Accelerations, it is our goal to produce happy, healthy kids who love gymnastics the same way we do. With this in mind, our School Age Program is designed to meet every kid's needs, whether they are just starting out or are already working on more advanced skills. Our experienced instructors will work with your child to make sure that they are getting the instruction they need and attention they deserve. With our small class size of just 8 students per instructor, each child gets their share of individualized teaching. School Age classes at AGA are organized according to ability, and when we can, then split within the class by age. This way, each student is in a class of peers working on the same skills they are.
For Our Beginners
No Girls Allowed!!
Don't worry boys! We didn't forget about you! While boys are permitted in all of our regular classes, we also offer Boys Classes. These classes offer a chance for our boys to work on all of the Men's Olympic events (floor, vault, high bar, parallel bars, pommel horse, and rings) as well as focus on strength training.

Level 2: For students who are already able to perform cartwheels and handstands, this class provides more of a challenge with more advanced gymnastic skills.

Level 3: This class is for the more advanced gymnast and is by coach recommendation only.
