Gymnastics Academy provides a state of the art facility to promote a fun and
safe gymnastics experience. AGA offers a variety of classes and times to
accommodate all students and schedules. Our philosophy is to help each student
achieve their goals, while challenging each student’s ability. The students
will have the opportunity to practice on all four Olympic events and
trampoline. AGA will promote strength and flexibility to compliment the
student’s training. AGA’s staff will follow a detailed progression list for
each apparatus. This will promote uniformity in classes and will help delineate
from each of the levels of classes.
Each class is 55 Minutes long and will rotate through six events in a period of two weeks. Students will learn skills on: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor Exercise, Tumble Trak, and Trampoline.
