Meet the Staff
Greg and Janet Kucera - Owner's/Operators. Greg is the director and Janet is the Preschool director.
Competitive Gymnast from 1983 - 1986 for John Pancott in Malvern, PA. Competed up to class II and performed Acro in the 1988 World's Fair in Australia.
Started teaching recreational gymnastics in 1984 for John Pancott and competitive gymnastics in 1986. Was responsible for Class IV and III boys and girls teams.
1988 - 1992 - Moved to Boston, Massachusetts to get my undergraduate degree and coached for Yellow Jackets Gymnastics in Danvers, MA. Produced six Class I and Level 10 National Champions and three TOPS National Team members (JEDP back then). Helped four athletes attain a full scholarship at UNH, UMASS, UTAH, and Brown. Taught first bar routine with three major releases at level 10 Nationals.
1992 - 1995 - Moved to PA and worked for Metzler's Gymnastics in Downingtown, PA. Assisted the training of numerous state, regional and national champions at all levels including Elite.
1995 - 1999 - Moved back to Boston to accept an academic scholarship at UMASS. Worked at Charles River Gymnastics and produced a level 9 state championship team with three athletes, two level 10 National champions, one elite who qualified for the American Classic National Elite meet in Orlando, Fl. Helped three athletes achieve gymnastics scholarships to UMASS, URI and Ithaca.
1999 - 2000 - Worked for Steve Nunno at Dynamo Gymnastics in Oklahoma City, OK. Assisted with training athletes level 9 - Elite (including six elite gymnasts, Shannon Miller, Audra Fraim, Lori Wynn, Alecia Ingram, Kinsie Hughes, and Ashley Federson).
2000 - 2003 - Worked as a gymnastics consultant for gymnastics programs in central and eastern Pennsylvania and worked as a Personal Trainer in West Chester, PA. Where I met my beautiful wife Janet!!
2003 - 2005 - Worked to develop a level 10 program in Idaho Falls, ID. Produced two Level 10 regional champions and numerous state champions.
2005 - Present - Opened Accelerations Gymnastics and developed programs for all levels and abilities for ages 2 and up. Produced three National TOPS qualifiers and one National TOPS team member. Trained numerous level 8 and 9 State and Regional Champions.
Michelle Marshall is the Rec Team Director, Coaches Big Cats and Level 4.Michelle does private lessons, helps with the class program and Birthday Parties.
Kirk Hunsecker is our Intermediate and Advanced program director and helps run the class program. Kirk does private lessons and specializes in tumbling.
Cassie Rodenbaugh is our School Age program director and helps run our Birthday Party program. Cassie also teaches private lessons.
Malcolm Parker is our general manager and helps run the class program and all aspects of the business.

Andrei Tsaregorodtsev is our newest Coach here at Accelerations. Andrei has been coaching gymnastics since 1980 as well as working as an acrobat for the USSR circus, Russia on ice and Disney on ice.
