Year Round Classes

Accelerations gymnastics Academy has divided the year into six, eight week sessions .  With this method, we are able to actually reduce the cost of tuition by eliminating the need to prepare, print, and mail different schedules and pricing packets six times each year.

New Students

Full session payment is required prior to the first class in that session in order for your child to be able to participate. If your  class choice is not available, and we are unable to accommodate you, we will gladly  refund your entire payment.

Payment Specifics

You have the option of paying using a credit card, mailing us the session payment, or dropping the payment off at our convenient Tuition Drop Slot that is located on the office door.  We also have a secure credit card payment system for easy payment.  We now have a new Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Policy that says if your check is returned for NSF, we will add A PROCESSING FEE OF $30.00.

Annual Administration & Membership Fee

This is a flat $35 per family fee or $25 per person fee which is paid at the time of your initial registration and on the same date each year thereafter. The fee defrays our administrative costs and, if kept current, entitles each family member to 'Previous Student Status'. The  staff reserves the right to cancel a student's membership at any time.

10% Family Discount

AGA offers tuition relief to families with more than one child participating in our program.  Full price is only paid by the most expensive tuition in your family. Each tuition after that will receive a 10% discount.

100% Tuition-Back Guarantee

We at AGA want our clients to be completely satisfied. That is why we offer a 100% tuition refund if you are not entirely hap at the end of your family's first term. Also, if you prefer, we would be happy to apply the tuition fee as a credit to a different AGA Gymnastics program. This money -back guarantee is intended only for families that are new to our program and is only available one time per family.

Snow Days

In the event of inclement weather AGA will close, tentatively, when Manheim Township School District is closed. Delays will have no bearing on class times, and evening classes may be open even if day-time classes are cancelled.  Please call one hour before your class to find out if the class will be held.

Why Take Gymnastics?

Did you know that according to the experts in the field, gymnastics has the ability to develop the strength, balance and flexibility of your child? Gymnastics can also provide the added benefit of reducing injuries as the result of your child's increased agility. Not only does gymnastics benefit your child physically, but mentally as well. Through gymnastics classes your child will learn perseverance, confidence, poise, attention to detail, and the ability to concentrate on the task at hand. At AGA we believe that gymnastics training is essential for all children who want to learn how to become the best that the can be in all areas of life.

Our Coaches

AGA instructors are specially selected and trained to ensure that your child is receiving the instruction possible.   Our lead coaches are USA Gymnastics Safety Certified and are sure to encourage and motivate each and every child to excel beyond their own perceived limitations.  We believe that the instructors are the ones who can make a difference in a child’s life, and we want the best for every child.

Our Gymnastics Curriculum

AGA’s curriculum is based on the USAG Jr. Olympic Program as well as our own experience of years of teaching gymnastics to children of all ages. Classes are designed to provide your child with an environment that is achievement oriented, in a safe environment and free from the stress of competition. The program is designed to teach progressive skills, conditioning, and flexibility.

Which class is right for my child?

Generally we assign children to classes according to their age.  Each class is then divided into groups of similar ability levels.

What should my child wear?

All children should avoid wearing buttons, belt buckles, zippers, and jewelry. Girls should wear a leotard or shorts and a T-shirt tucked in, and long hair should be tied back so that it does not interfere with rolling, somersaulting, and twisting skills. Boys should wear shorts and a T-shirt, tucked in, as well.

Q&A:

Q: How often must I pay?

A: AGA offers six terms during the year and your tuition is due prior to the start of each new session (by the Priority Deadline). Make this process simple for you; before each term we send home a handy tuition payment envelope with a reminder that tuition is due soon. Just enclose a check and mail or deposit in tuition slot in front desk. For your convenience, we do accept credit cards and use an electronic check clearing system, or you can mail-in the registration.

Q: Why does AGA refund tuition after your first term if you are not completely satisfied?

A: Although we at AGA believe that the benefits of our programs can only be measured long-term, we do realize that kids learn at their own pace. Even if your child is not "ready" for a particular program now, he or she is likely to want to give it another try at a later date. We also know that you will be more likely to try us again later if you do not feel that you have wasted your money the first time around.
